X:Cel is a Scripture Union Youth Group that meets at Zippity Do Da, the home of Gillian and George Orr which is situated at Loch Alvie near Aviemore. We meet throughtout term time on a Wednesday night from 7 - 9pm. The group is open to all High School pupils and new faces are always welcome. The evening is usually a mixture of games, Bible based activities and discussion groups. George and Gillian Orr are the main youth leaders but we have a variety of guest speakers and helpers. At the moment we have on average 20 kids coming along.
Revolution is the Scripture Union Group that meets at Kingussie High School on a Friday lunchtime. This group is led by Gillian Orr (Learning Support Assistant) and Gillian Edes ( Head of the Music Dept). Pupils come along and eat their lunch and we provide drink and snacks. The session takes the form of discussion and activity based on a bible passage or theme. At present we have around 8.
